I found him to be very humble and friendly. In 2020 when I decided to buy a co-op, Kevin was the first person I thought of to help me. I reached out to him and he was delighted to help me. I was very naive about the process since it was my first time buying. He took me around to see various properties and also made recommendations for a mortgage company, lawyer, and inspector. Kevin was an amazing real estate agent. This was the first time I ever rented a property & I was quite anxious about the whole process. Kevin patiently listened to all of my concerns & calmed my nerves. He promptly responded to my text messages, he answered my phone calls even when it was 9:30 pm, & he recommended good people for furniture removal, etc. In addition, Kevin went above and beyond these expectations. For instance, without being asked, he negotiated with the furniture removal company to get them to lower their price & he wrote an appeal letter to the board of the condo association because they didn’t want to approve a six month lease.
